We have been training (3 sessions/week on average) with Bob and associates since 2006.  We firmly believe that our continued commitment to Bob’s programs/routines and his continued attention to/focus on our fitness needs and goals have significantly helped us in attaining and maintaining a much higher level of fitness than the majority of people our ages, and let us just say we’re well into ‘middle age’. In addition to our routine conditioning training, Bob’s attention to nutrition (i.e. what did you eat for lunch?/ what are you having for dinner?) has helped us stay focused on our overall diet. Granted, weight gain, as one ages, is always an issue, however we’ve both been able to maintain a fairly constant weight over the years all the while building significant muscle strength and endurance. On the other hand, apparently one needs more than fitness to significantly improve at golf. At least we feel good (physically) after a round of golf. Let’s not discuss our scores…lol

We plan to continue our association with Bob for a long while going forward…
