Description: This group offering is designed for clients with TRX experience who want to take their workout to a new level. Each workout will build on the last, improving balance, core strength, and joint integrity. Designed by a Navy SEAL, the TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise which utilizes gravity and your body weight to act as the resistance.
