Rebecca is a student of Yoga. She is captivated by the exploration of the internal world that yoga offers and her classes encourage students to connect deeply into the space of their bodies and breath. Rebecca began her journey in yoga 12 years ago and is seeking to share… Body, mental awareness, connecting, increased flexibility, exploration of self.
Over the past 10 years she has been practicing a variety of Yoga disciplines including Yogiraj Bikram Choudhury, Gentle, Hatha, Slow Flow, Power Flow, and Vinyasa.
Rebecca has trained with world class professionals under the direction of the “Yoga Fit” system. She has been teaching at local studios since moving to the area.
Rebecca has studied with many of the leading teachers of this tradition and is especially grateful for her personal experiences with Beth Shaw of Yoga Fit.
Patience, Self -wakefulness and Gentle encouragement are constant themes with Rebecca’s guidance.
