We are “Above the Curve!” Our women’s 30-minute circuit based weight machine workout is just what you deserve. Through the use of 9 different weighted movement patterns you will confidently increase your strength and improve your health. We guide you at first until you feel comfortable on our machines and then you work out on your own. This independent strength program is offered Mon/Wed/Fri between 10am & 2pm.
