Our yoga classes allow you the opportunity to bring your body and mind together for one harmonious experience. Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. Breathing techniques are based on the concept that breath is the source of life in the body. Yoga students will be coached to gently increase breath control and improve the health and function of both body and mind. This class involves linking several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. It will work all parts of the body.
