I’m an ACE certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer who is passionate about helping people feel their best! I love the challenge of having participants of all fitness levels in class together. I especially enjoy seeing those who are new to fitness get excited about pushing themselves to do more than they thought they could. I want to help you get more out of your exercises. Proper form is a key component to success, and I’ll watch to make sure everyone is getting the most out of each repetition. There are ways to make any exercise easier, and if you need it, I’ll help you there, too. Not new to fitness? I’ll watch you push hard, and I might even ask you to dig even deeper and push your body further in order to exceed any limits you may unknowingly place on yourself.
