I believe that better is better when it comes to movement. Your time is valuable. My coaching style is to send bounds of positive motivation to my students while training them to move with purpose; optimizing efforts.
I didn’t begin exercising until I was 35 years old. So, when I tell my clients to be generous with themselves during their fitness journey—it is heartfelt. I know what it means to stand at the starting line. Prior to entering the fitness industry, I enjoyed an exciting career as a professional chef. I’ve cooked in every kind of kitchen, and was a food stylist for TV Food Network.
Now that I’ve combined my careers I am certified in the fitness industry by Pure Barre, TRX, and by ISSA as a Fitness Trainer. In the culinary world I am a Culinary Institute of America grad, and hold certifications in Sports Nutrition from ISSA, and in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University.
I am married, with 3 wonderful children. We have moved back and forth from the USA to France, Russia, and Lithuania due to my husband’s career with the State Department.
