Offering Fitness & Wellness Services for Herrington Harbour Members
Poston’s Fitness for Life, a family owned and operated facility located in Dunkirk, MD has teamed up with Herrington Harbour to bring our first class fitness and wellness services to you. Please join our Saturday and Sunday fitness classes, enjoy a poolside massage, or sign up to work with one of our Certified Personal Trainers! All services conveniently provided for you at Herrington Harbour marinas. Below you will find our schedule of activities as well as links to SIGN UP for classes and appointments, which will be a requirement this year. We have a very user-friendly software called MINDBODY that allows you to create an account, sign up for classes, and pay for services all at the convenience of your smartphone or computer!
