DUNKIRK, MD – On Saturday, October 4th at 9:00am, Poston’s Fitness for Life will host their monthly Super Saturday event which features a 45-minute P.A.C.E. Boot Camp followed by a 30-minute Fitness Seminar. This month’s topic will be Breast Cancer Awareness. Mary Lingebach, the Nurse Navigator from the Center for Breast Care at Calvert Memorial Hospital is expected to present healthy lifestyle choices that can help reduce the risk of breast cancer. Susan Purdy, Poston’s Fitness’s own breast cancer survivor, will also be there to share her success story.
This event is open to the public (no membership required) so come join Poston’s Fitness and their team of trainers help fight breast cancer! Admission is $10 which includes participation in the P.A.C.E. Boot Camp and entry to the Fitness Seminar. The first 20 people to sign up will receive a FREE Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirt.
